Please ensure iterative calculations are on. This can be done by executing the below steps:

Select ‘File’ (top left ribbon)
Select ‘Options’ (bottom of the menu)
Select ‘Formulas’ (second on the left hand side of the pop up screen)
Enable Iterative calculations (upper right hand side)
