I’ve already bought quite a few general-purpose financial model templates in the past, and this is by far one of the best in its category. Much more comprehensive and professional than the typical templates in this price range. Detailed monthly sales forecasts, sophisticated debt and fixed asset schedules, break-even analysis, WACC calculations, etc. Overall, everything feels well connected rather than just a set of standalone elements, as I’ve seen in many templates. Genuinely impressed.

What I really liked about this model is how everything is neatly brought into a 1 input sheet,no need to jump across multiple tabs, which makes it super easy to use. I genuinely enjoyed tweaking different variables, especially the customer acquisition funnel. The way customer ramp-up is directly linked to marketing spend is a big +, can clearly justify every rupee spent. On top of that, the outputs feel structured and clear enough to be invstor ready. And thanks for including vdo explainer.

This model is easier to work with than a few other models on this site, but it has a few things missing. The most obvious is Terminal Value box is missing the formula for any scenario besides the example it gives. This is an easy calculation to add by multiplying the last year FCFF x EV/EBITDA multiple, but it is just a miss that it was not included.

Positive: Models from "efinancial..." are always good inspiration for own development. You never find "one size fits all" model, in reality you need dive deeper into details, but you can still improve your own model with some new features. This model is easy to understood, includes principal items a is perfect for high level presentation. Negatives: Quality of pdf is not good for printing at A4 format, but on the screen in proper zoom it is OK. For hydropower plant 10 years period is too short.

I've been doing business for more than 15 years and used to build the models by myself, however this time I purchased Premium Version to save time, and it's worth it. Highly recommend.

This is a foundationally great model template. Given the fiscal pressures of Governments around the world, it may be helpful to include a Hybrid model where there is both an agreed availability payment to set a price floor combined with user-pay model. However, where revenue from users exceeds a certain threshold, the revenue is shared at an agreed proportion between government and private (e.g. 50/50). Also having all the hidden rows and columns makes the file a bit unnecessarily laggy.
