This tool was designed to help investors see the total amount of equity repayment required at the end of a given period to achieve a desired internal rate of return.

Inputs include:
– Initial Investment
– Any Future Investments per Period
– IRR
– Distributions per Period

Based on the above, this calculator will show the total ending distribution required at the end of each year so that the IRR is achieved. This takes into account all inputs over time. There is also a simulation where the user can pick a defined year to end and display the resulting ROI and distribution.

Finally, there is a DCF Analysis that has NPV and the present value of all future cash flows. This tool gives the investor a greater understanding of general return definitions and mechanics.
