Review Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC carve-out rehearsals through customer mappings, open receivables and invoice-level cash allocation. Seven Excel worksheets and sixteen controls organize balances and exceptions for finance review. Includes three PDF guides and an invoice sample CSV. Fictional USD data demonstrates the workflow. No live Oracle or bank integration is provided. Preserve supplied input capacities; reconcile against independent source evidence and obtain accountable controller approval before cutover. Different batch sizes require controlled template adaptation.

Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC carve-outs require a clear reconciliation trail from customer identity to converted receivables and applied cash. This Excel control workbook organizes that review for controllers, migration leads, accounts receivable analysts and Treasury teams preparing a cutover rehearsal. It provides a structured decision aid, not an Oracle deployment service.

Seven executive worksheets connect the workflow. Raw Data Staging holds customer mappings, open-AR records, receipt records and approved assumptions in pale-yellow editable cells. Customer Master Crosswalk reviews legacy and target registry references. Open AR Conversion Engine compares invoice amounts and credits with staged converted balances. Billing Subledger Bridge reuses those staged AR records; it is not an independent billing feed or live Oracle subledger validation.

Cash Application Matrix links each receipt to an invoice, deducts unapplied amounts and compares invoice-level allocations with converted AR. Split receipts are supported within the supplied table capacity. Migration Integrity Audit presents sixteen controls covering balance totals, orphan references, missing registry identifiers, duplicate receipts, missing or negative balances, crosswalk exceptions, suspense, bridge differences and over-allocation. Carve-Out Migration Cockpit summarizes the resulting balances with a native Excel chart.

The fictional USD portfolio contains 120 customer mappings, 1,320 invoices and 1,650 receipts. Converted open AR and applied receipts each total $32,830,042.50, with zero unapplied cash in the supplied fully settled example. These example outcomes do not establish the accuracy or completeness of replacement customer data. The template calculates gross invoices less credits; nonzero tax or discount variances require finance review rather than automatic adjustment.

The five-file suite includes the Excel workbook, Migration Engine User Guide, Quick Start Guide, Cutover Sign-Off Template and sample CSV. The CSV contains invoice records only; companion customer and receipt records remain in the workbook. Manuals explain onboarding, roles, exception handling, reconciliation review and approval custody.

Use desktop Microsoft Excel, preserve the supplied row counts and column order, and compare workbook results with approved source extracts and bank evidence. Different batch sizes require controlled template adaptation. All monetary amounts use USD; foreign-exchange conversion, tax determination, customer creation, Oracle posting and bank-import automation are outside scope. The controller retains responsibility for resolving material exceptions and approving cutover. Retain the reviewed workbook, source evidence and completed sign-off as the operational record.
