The Grantor Trust Model Template helps measures the lifetime value of executing a Grantor Trust over a Non-Grantor Trust with a personal estate. This template allows for adjustments to both options and a drop-down to select either option to see how the value compares.

In the Assumptions section, there is a scenario analysis to toggle between the two options through a drop-down menu in cell D5. Below the selected option in rows 16-33, adjustments can be made to the value of the estate/trust, and tax rates, and the rate of return. These assumptions will drive the Life Time Value Model below where the value of the Estate and Trust are displayed annually. This breakdown is also shown visually through the chart in the middle of the model.
