How to work with the template, step by step

Orders Manager Pro is the control tower for held and unfulfilled orders: SLA status, priority and the real cost of every service failure are calculated for you.

Set SLA, costs and priorities in Settings. Enter your fulfilment SLA, the average cost of a customer-care contact, an extra shipment, a coupon and a refund, and check the Decision Matrix that suggests the solution for each situation.
Log every held or unfulfilled order. In the Orders sheet fill in the descriptive fields only: date, customer, product, quantity, value, fulfilment deadline, status, carrier, notes. Days since order, SLA status, priority, recommended solution and all costs are formulas. Fill in the Carrier column: it links the order to Carrier Claims Manager Pro.
Check the Alert sheet every day. The Alert sheet lists the orders out of SLA or about to be, ordered by priority. At the bottom of the sheet you find how to automate a reminder with Power Automate or Zapier.
Analyse SLA and the cost of service failures. SLA Analysis and Disservice Costs show how many orders were late, why, and what each category of failure cost you.
Read the Executive Dashboard. One page with open orders, SLA compliance, total cost of failures and the trend: the summary for the weekly meeting.

Returns go to Returns Manager Pro, complaints to CareDesk, carrier cases to Carrier Claims Manager Pro, all with the same order number. This edition comes without sheet protection: edit the input cells and leave the formula cells as they are.
