The Center’s revenue is generated through Admission Fees from Local & Outside visitors, Facility Rentals, and Ancillary Revenue (Cafeteria and Childcare Services). The model also includes assumptions about Center Development & Construction Costs, Direct Costs, Payroll, Operating Expenses, Capital Expenditures and Depreciation, Financing through Debt, Equity & Donations, Investors’ Contributions and Returns, and Exit and Valuation Multiples in case of potential future sale of the business.
