The Shop of Vendor Groundfloor Models

I build driver-based financial models for capital-intensive small businesses — the kind of venture where a founder needs credible projections for a bank, an SBA application, a landlord or an investor, and where a generic spreadsheet template doesn't reflect how the business actually works. My models are built around real operating constraints rather than growth assumptions. Revenue is capacity-driven, recurring revenue is modelled as a cohort with churn and allowance breakage, and every default assumption is sourced from published industry benchmarks and cited on a dedicated tab inside the file — so a buyer can see exactly where a number came from and replace it with their own. Each model includes full three-statement output — P&L, cash flow, and a balance sheet that ties in every period — plus a loan amortisation schedule, DSCR by year for lenders, break-even and payback analysis, and a valuation section with NPV and IRR. Every input sits on a single colour-coded assumptions tab. No hidden hardcoded values, no locked sheets, no macros. If you find an error in one of my models, email me and I'll fix it and re-issue the file.

A financial model built specifically for whole-body cryotherapy and recovery…
